1. Scope
These terms apply to all quotations, orders and installations of solar equipment and related services provided by EcoVolt Pakistan (referred to as "we", "us" or "our"). By accepting a quotation you agree to these terms.
2. Quotations
Quotations are prepared based on the information you provide and our site assessment. A quotation is an estimate and may need to be adjusted if conditions found during installation differ materially from what was assessed. Prices are quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are valid for the period stated on the quotation.
3. Orders and payment
An order is confirmed when you accept a quotation in writing and pay any deposit required. The balance is due as agreed before or upon completion of installation. We reserve the right to suspend work if payments fall behind the agreed schedule.
4. Equipment and availability
We make every effort to supply the brands and models in your quotation. If a specific model becomes unavailable, we will offer a comparable alternative and confirm with you before proceeding.
5. Installation
Installation dates depend on equipment availability and site readiness. Your site must be safely accessible and structurally suitable for mounting equipment. Any delays caused by the customer, the site or third parties (such as utilities) are not the responsibility of our company.
6. Warranties
Solar panels, batteries and inverters are covered by the warranty of their respective manufacturers. Warranty terms and durations vary by brand and model and are confirmed in writing with your quotation. Our workmanship is covered by the installation warranty terms agreed in your quotation. Claims must be reported to us as soon as they are noticed.
7. Net metering
Where we assist with net metering applications, approval and timelines are determined by the relevant utility and regulatory bodies. We cannot guarantee approval or connection dates.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the equipment and services concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by misuse, unauthorised modifications, or events beyond our reasonable control.
